We have a few different menus this year at The Paul.
We will continue with our evening tasting menu that is written every fortnight - covering a selection of salted snacks, salted p4 and spooned appetisers. Shellfish, fish and vegetable courses follow with lighter meat dishes afterwards. Cheese and the a trip throughout our little Sweet Factory will finish off a very nice evening.
Ma Cuisine is a shorter menu comprising of my all time favourites. Our snacks, p4 and appetisers are followed by a three course menu. Covering our beloved classics from the likes of Careme & Escoffier – White & Roux… our humble creations will obviously pop up now and then.
Our evening tasting menu is available for lunch with a booking of no later than 12 noon. A shorter lunch menu is written and of course our Ma Cuisine can be enjoyed.
